Privacy information

Nesma Abdelaziz is responsible for enquiries submitted through this website. For questions about your information, contact [email protected].

Enquiries and EPK requests

The form asks for your name, email, organisation, role and enquiry, with an optional website. Requests are stored in this website’s WordPress database. Access to the private enquiry inbox is restricted to website administrators. A notification containing the enquiry is also submitted to the website’s email system for delivery to [email protected].

The team uses this information to review the enquiry, verify the requester and respond. An EPK request does not subscribe you to marketing, and the EPK is not sent automatically. Review status and changes to it are recorded in the private inbox.

Retention and requests about your data

Enquiry records and notification emails are kept until they are manually deleted by Nesma’s team. To ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion, email [email protected].

Hosting and spam protection

The website’s hosting and email services process the data needed to operate the site and deliver enquiry notifications. The form uses validation, a hidden spam trap, a signed timing check and temporary request limits keyed to a salted hash of the connecting IP address. The application does not store the raw address in the enquiry record. Hosting and security infrastructure may process connection data separately. WordPress and security tools may use cookies for login and administration.

Video and ticket services

The featured player connects to YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed domain only when you press play. External video, press and ticket links open services with their own privacy practices. No payment or ticket-purchase details are collected by this website.

Fan email updates

Email signup is optional and separate from EPK enquiries. We collect your email address, optional name and city, preferred website language, and a record of your consent and confirmation. A confirmation email is sent before your address joins the active subscriber list. Confirmation links expire after 48 hours.

We use confirmed subscriptions to send news about Nesma’s concerts, ticket releases and new performances. Every update must include an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops future fan updates; records are retained until manually deleted by the team, including the record of your unsubscribe choice. You can request deletion by emailing [email protected]. WhatsApp registration is not active.
